Exchange policy
We believe our best publicity are our existing customers and new ones, therefore we work hard to provide the best service to all of you.
Exchange policy:
1. The ordered product does not match the delivered one.
2. The product is damaged at the time of delivery after the customer has checked the product. If your order was damaged during shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at customerservice@flashcardsfactory.com Please include your order number.
Refund policy:
A full refund of the product paid will be made if:
1. Customer does not get the product within 15 working days.
Once the order has been processed, the payment will not be refunded.
If you received your product and are dissatisfied for any reason, besides contemplated above, please write us an email to customerservice@flashcardsfactory.com within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to make your experience with flashcards factory, a pleasant one. Shipping and processing charges are not refundable.
